Wir nutzen sorgfältig ausgewählte Dienstleister für Hosting, Kommunikation und Abrechnung, z. B.:
E-Mail: Google Workspace (USA/EU)Zahlungen: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Irland)Website-Hosting: Carrd.co (USA/EU)Daten können dabei in Länder ausserhalb der Schweiz oder der EU übermittelt werden. In solchen Fällen stellt Nutrion durch geeignete Garantien (z. B. Standardvertragsklauseln) ein angemessenes Datenschutzniveau sicher.
6. Speicherung und Sicherheit
Personendaten werden mit geeigneten technischen und organisatorischen Maßnahmen geschützt.
Daten werden so lange aufbewahrt, wie es für die Erfüllung des Zwecks notwendig ist oder gesetzliche Aufbewahrungsfristen dies verlangen.

These GTC govern all services and legal relationships between Nutrion GmbH (hereinafter Nutrion or the Provider) and its clients (hereinafter Clients).
Any differing terms of the Client apply only if explicitly confirmed in writing by Nutrion.2. Services
Nutrion provides consulting, analysis, programs, and coaching in the areas of nutrition, performance, health, and longevity.
Services may be offered in person, by telephone, or digitally. The exact scope of services is defined in the respective offer, booking confirmation, or individual agreement.3. Bookings, Cancellations, and Changes
3.1. Bookings are binding once confirmed.
3.2. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
3.3. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows, 100% of the fee will be charged.
3.4. Subscriptions or program packages are personal and non-transferable.4. Prices and Payment
4.1. Prices valid at the time of booking apply (including VAT, where applicable).
4.2. Invoices are payable within 10 days net.
4.3. In case of late payment, Nutrion may charge reminder fees and interest in accordance with Art. 104 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO).
4.4. Nutrion reserves the right to require advance payment.5. Liability Disclaimer
5.1. Nutrion does not provide medical services within the meaning of Swiss health professional laws (MedBG).
5.2. All recommendations and analyses are for general health promotion and are followed at the Client’s own responsibility.
5.3. Nutrion is liable only for intent or gross negligence; any further liability, particularly for consequential damages or loss of profit, is excluded.
5.4. The Client must inform Nutrion in advance of any existing illnesses, allergies, or medications, as relevant.6. Data Protection
6.1. Nutrion processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
6.2. Data is used solely for contract fulfillment or with the Client’s consent.
6.3. Health and analysis data are treated confidentially and protected with appropriate technical and organizational measures.
Data is generally stored on secure servers located in Switzerland or the European Union.
If third-party IT service providers based in third countries (e.g. USA) are used, Nutrion ensures an adequate level of data protection in line with the revDSG (e.g. through standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards).
6.4. Clients have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time (contact: [email protected]).
6.5. Data is disclosed to third parties only if legally required or necessary for service delivery (e.g. laboratory partners).7. Intellectual Property
All documents, plans, analyses, and materials created by Nutrion remain the intellectual property of Nutrion GmbH.
They may not be reproduced or shared with third parties without explicit permission.8. Online Services and Technical Requirements
When using digital platforms or video calls, the Client is responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and suitable equipment. Nutrion assumes no liability for technical issues beyond its control.9. Contract Duration and Termination
Single consultations end upon completion of the service.
Ongoing programs or subscriptions may be terminated with 30 days’ notice to the end of a month, unless otherwise agreed. Services already rendered must be paid for.10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
Jurisdiction is Zurich, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.11. Severability
If any provision of these GTC is found invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions are not affected.
